Best Glaze practices with Don Santos

Want to feel more confident in the glaze room?? Come learn from Don Santos, a local glaze legend. Participants will learn glazing fundamentals and basic glaze applications. There is something new to learn for beginners all the way to advanced!

Sunday February 26, 11am-3pm

-Troubleshooting common application issues such as: glaze cracking and peeling, double dipping, how to get even coverage, and understanding glaze terminology (crazing, pin-holing, crawling).

-Developing better glaze application techniques

-Open Q & A

Note: Students may bring in up to 2 small pieces to glaze fire. Clay MUST be cone 5/6.
