MerrittFest 2026

MerrittFest 2026 — A Bay Area Ceramic Celebration!

Join us for a one-day outdoor craft fair celebrating the vibrant Bay Area ceramics community!

MerrittFest brings together an incredible mix of styles and aesthetics from artists across the Bay Area. You’ll find many Merritt Ceramics studio members alongside talented artists from other studios, all sharing their love of clay.

And there’s plenty to do beyond shopping! Throughout the day, catch live demos featuring different wheel-throwing and handbuilding techniques, or put your own skills to the test in one of our wheel-throwing challenges, if you dare! Challenge winners will take home prizes sponsored by Clay People. 🏆

Bring your family, friends, and dogs for a day of ceramics, community, and creativity. Eat, shop, watch, participate, and maybe discover your new favorite handmade piece all while supporting local artists and small businesses!
