MerrittFest 2025
Calling friends and friends of friends who are Bay Area ceramicists that would like to vend with us. If you are from a different studio thats ok! MerrittFest is a chance for clayers to come together in the East Bay:)
Application requirements:
-Artist/Vendor Name
-IG Handle if you have one
-Website if you have one
-If you don't have either of the two socials above, please submit in a compressed zip file with 10 images of your work that you plan on selling.
-Please email application requirements to info@merrittceramics.com with the subject "MerrittFest Application".
-Deadline for applications is September 30th by 6pm.
-Vendor must have some handmade ceramics for sale but are not limited to selling only ceramics. Ceramics must be made by the vendor.
MerrittFest Vendor info:
-MerrittFest will take place OUTSIDE in our large parking lot located behind the studio.
-There are 50 total vendor spots for this craft fair
-Booth size is approx. 10ft wide by 8ft long
-You may share a booth with a friend. Both applicants need to apply. ($50 booth fee can be split amongs the two once accepted)
-$50 booth fee due after being accepted
-If a vendor can no longer participate in the event, we must be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the event for their vending fee to be fully refunded. Any cancellations after that, their vending fee will not be refunded.
