6-Week Courses (Intro wheel)

During this course you'll learn the ceramic process from start to finish. Your instructor will teach you how to throw on the wheel, basic trimming techniques, and glaze application. This course is great for beginners with no experience.

Course includes: clay & firing | tools & materials | glazes | open studio hours

6-Week Course (Intermediate wheel)  

Already take the wheel for a spin and want to refine your throwing, trimming and glazing skills?! Get right back on the wheel and start where you left off. This course is great for returning students. 

Course includes: clay & firing | tools & materials | glazes | open studio hours

6-Week Course (Intro handbuilding)

Clay creation without the wheel. Learn the tools of the trade and all the insider secrets to sculpt almost anything. During this course you will learn the basics of sculpting clay with techniques like coil and slab building. This course is especially great for those who love to decorate and embellish their work and will learn all about surface and texture design!

One-time Class 

Not quite sure about committing to a full course and want to test the dirty water first? Throw yourself right onto the wheel for a quick 2 hour introduction to the potters wheel! No experience necessary. All tools and materials needed for the class are provided. 

Artwork will be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks from the day of class (this allows time for your pieces to dry, be glazed and fired by members of the MC team).

Kids Clay - Saturdays

Start the weekend with a hands on exploration of clay through handbuilding and sculpture making. For ages 6-13. All tools and materials needed for the classes are provided. 

Artwork will be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks from the day of class (this allows time for your pieces to dry, be glazed and fired by members of the MC team).
